This is a Sr. Level Technical Support Specialist Role for one of our trusted Massachusetts clients. This Sr. Level Technical Support Specialist will lead the team in providing support to internal customers for a multitude of issues regarding hardware and software. This person will be responsible for guiding other Technical Support teams and assisting leadership in implementing IT policies and procedures. He/She will also set standards to ensure that timely resolutions and implementations are in alignment with company and IT strategic goals. This Sr. Level Technical Support Specialist should demonstrate a drive to do the work and to face new challenges every day, initiative, and apply the latest IT concepts. Our customer is looking for a support representative that enjoys helping people and making things work better. They are looking for someone to be able to have the ability to keep up the high pace within the support team while remaining calm under pressure.
